You will receive:
- the correct return address
- necessary return instructions
- information about how to identify the return
The registered business address is not automatically the return address.
The withdrawal notice must be sent before the withdrawal period expires. The goods must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notice was sent.
