Unonight.shop is an online store intended for persons aged 18 or over.

By visiting the online store, creating a customer account or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

  1. WHO MAY USE THE STORE?

You must be at least 18 years old to:

  • use Unonight.shop
  • create a customer account
  • complete a purchase
  • subscribe to marketing from the store
  • use features relating to products for intimacy and pleasure

Unonight.shop is not directed at children or minors.

  1. CONFIRMATION WHEN PURCHASING

When completing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old
  • the information you provide is correct
  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase agreement

We may carry out a reasonable age or identity check where necessary to:

Provide the information necessary for us to investigate the matter. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal data.

  1. PERSONAL DATA RELATING TO MINORS

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from persons under the age of 18.

If we become aware that personal data has been provided by a minor in breach of the age limit, we may investigate the matter and delete or restrict the information where possible and lawful.

Information that must be retained because of legal requirements, security, refunds or a dispute may be stored for as long as necessary.

Marketing from Unonight.shop is intended for adults.

Persons under the age of 18 must not:

  • subscribe to newsletters
  • participate in campaigns intended for adults
  • receive targeted marketing from the store

Unonight.shop is the online store.

Unonight.com is a separate membership platform with its own terms and member features.

You do not need to be a member of Unonight.com to shop at Unonight.shop, but you must be at least 18 years old to use either service.
