This policy explains how returns, the right of withdrawal, refunds and statutory complaints are handled for purchases from Unonight.shop.

Unonight.shop is owned and operated by Aipify Group AS

The registered business address is not automatically the return address. Contact us before returning an item to receive the correct return information.

  1. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For online purchases, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period normally begins on the day after you, or a third party appointed by you, receives the goods.

If one order is delivered in several separate shipments, the period normally begins on the day after the final item is received.

You do not have to provide a reason for exercising the right of withdrawal.

  1. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You must give us a clear notice that you wish to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period expires.

The notice can be sent to:

support@unonight.shop

You may also use the store’s withdrawal form.

Please include, where possible:

  • your name
  • order number
  • the items you wish to return
  • the date on which the goods were received

It is sufficient for the notice to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.

An uncollected parcel is not in itself considered a clear notice that you are exercising the right of withdrawal.

  1. DEADLINE FOR RETURNING THE GOODS

After notifying us that you are exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notice was sent.

Contact support@unonight.shop before sending the goods so that you receive the correct return address and necessary return instructions.

Do not send returns to the registered business address unless this is expressly stated in the return instructions.

  1. RETURN COSTS

When exercising the ordinary right of withdrawal, the customer covers the direct return costs unless otherwise expressly agreed.

If the return is due to an incorrect item, transport damage or a defect for which the seller is responsible, we will cover necessary and reasonable return costs as agreed with you.

Do not purchase an expensive return service without first agreeing this with us if you expect us to cover the cost.

  1. CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may inspect the goods in the same way as you normally would in a physical store.

You may be responsible for a reduction in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The goods should be returned:

  • securely packaged
  • with all accompanying parts and accessories
  • with the order number or other information that identifies the return
  • in the original packaging where reasonably possible

The absence of original packaging does not automatically cause the right of withdrawal to lapse, but it may affect the value of the goods if the item or packaging has been damaged beyond what was necessary for inspection.

Keep the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been fully processed.

  1. SEALED HYGIENE AND INTIMATE PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

The exception applies only where all the following conditions are met:

  • the goods were sealed upon delivery
  • the goods are of a type that is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
  • the seal was broken after delivery
  • you were clearly informed before the purchase that the right of withdrawal would lapse if the seal was broken

This may be relevant to certain intimate products, cosmetics, underwear and similar goods.

The fact that an item is an intimate product is not by itself sufficient for the right of withdrawal to lapse. The statutory conditions must be met and the seal must have been broken.

This exception does not limit your statutory right to complain if the goods are defective, incorrect or non-conforming.

  1. GOODS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods or circumstances covered by statutory exceptions.

This may include:

  • sealed hygiene goods where the seal has been broken and the other statutory conditions are met
  • goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised
  • goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • other goods expressly excluded by law

An exception from the right of withdrawal does not affect the right to complain about a defect.

  1. REFUNDS FOLLOWING WITHDRAWAL

When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we refund the payment received for the returned goods.

If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered when the order was placed.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard option are not refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice that you are exercising the right of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until:

  • we have received the goods, or
  • you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned

Whichever occurs first will apply.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise expressly agreed.

You will not be charged a fee for the refund itself.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.

  1. PARTIAL RETURNS

You may exercise the right of withdrawal for one or more items in an order.

For a partial return, the price of the returned goods will be refunded.

The original delivery cost is normally not refunded if you retain other goods from the same order, unless the law or circumstances require otherwise.

Discounts, bundle offers or threshold-based benefits may be recalculated if the conditions for the discount are no longer met after the return.

Any adjustment must be reasonable, transparent and must not limit statutory rights.

  1. INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you have received an incorrect item, a damaged item or an item that may be defective, contact:

support@unonight.shop

Please include:

  • order number
  • a description of the issue
  • when the issue was discovered
  • photographs or video where relevant

Do not discard the goods, product packaging or shipping packaging before the matter has been assessed if the damage may have occurred during transport.

We may request reasonable documentation to process the matter. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • a price reduction
  • cancellation of the purchase
  • compensation

The outcome will be assessed in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.

  1. STATUTORY COMPLAINT PERIOD

A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect.

A complaint made within two months after the defect was discovered is always considered to have been made in time.

The general statutory complaint period is two years.

For goods that, under normal use, are intended to last substantially longer, the complaint period may be five years.

The right of withdrawal, statutory complaint rights and any voluntary warranty are separate rights.

  1. REFUNDS FOR FAILURE OR INABILITY TO DELIVER

If an order or item cannot be delivered, we will refund the amount paid for the part that is not delivered.

In the event of non-delivery or a material delay, your rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act apply.

Contact order@unonight.shop if:

  • the parcel has not been shipped as expected
  • the tracking information is not updating
  • the parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received
  • you received an incorrect number of items
  • an item is missing from the delivery
  1. UNCOLLECTED PARCELS AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES

An uncollected parcel is not automatically considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must send us a clear notice.

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, or because the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, we may claim documented and reasonable direct shipping and return costs to the extent permitted by law.

This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

  1. EXCHANGES

We do not automatically offer direct exchanges.

The simplest solution is normally to:

  1. contact support@unonight.shop
  2. return the item in accordance with the applicable rules
  3. place a new order for the desired item

If the goods are defective, replacement will be considered under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act and is not dependent on this ordinary exchange process.

  1. GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT

Refunds for purchases paid with a gift card or store credit will normally be returned to the same gift card or payment source.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law or specifically agreed.

If an order was paid using several payment methods, the refund may be divided between the original payment methods.

  1. HOW TO PACK THE RETURN

To reduce the risk of damage:

  • use suitable outer packaging
  • protect the goods from impact, moisture and opening during transport
  • include the order number or return identification
  • do not attach the shipping label directly to the product’s retail packaging
  • use tracked shipping where practical

Keep the shipping receipt until the return has been received and fully processed.

  1. RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT

Failure to contact us in advance does not remove a valid statutory right of withdrawal or right to complain.

Prior contact is nevertheless recommended to ensure:

  • the correct return address
  • correct processing
  • quick identification of the return
  • any agreement concerning return costs
  • safe handling of hygiene products

Returns sent to the wrong address may be delayed or returned to the customer.

  1. CASH-ON-DELIVERY RETURNS

Returns must not be sent cash on delivery unless this has been agreed in writing in advance.

Cash-on-delivery shipments sent without prior agreement may be rejected or left uncollected.

This does not limit the right of withdrawal or statutory complaint rights, but the customer must use an appropriate return method.

  1. PROCESSING THE RETURN

When we receive a return, we may check:

  • that the return can be linked to the correct order
  • which goods have been received
  • the condition of the goods
  • whether any seal remains intact
  • whether all parts and accessories are included
  • whether the matter concerns withdrawal, a statutory complaint or incorrect delivery

You will be notified if we require further information.

  1. PAYMENT QUESTIONS

Questions about a specific refund or payment status may be sent to:

payment@unonight.shop

Please include the order number, but do not send a full card number, security code, BankID information or password by email.
